Well I am officially over Christmas. This could be because of one of two things. The first being I started listening to Christmas music BEFORE Thanksgiving. Or it could be because I have already received the most awesome Christmas gift. Justin our nephew gave us a football autographed by Joe G.ibbs. You read that right ... THE JOE G.IBBS! It is so AWESOME! Right now it is sitting on top of the bookcases in the office. I need to get a protective case, I don't want anything happening to my beloved signed football. It does however put the other autographed footballs to shame.
I think another reason I am over Christmas is because I know I am forgetting something or someone. I have not been a very good present buyer this year. I can not even blame it on the kid. I just have not felt like going out and buying anything. Not even anything for myself ... now THAT is shocking! I am the person that loves Black Friday shopping AND Christmas Eve shopping. I love seeing the frazzled people and laughing at how unprepared everyone appears. Oh well maybe by some miracle I will want to go and brave the unwashed masses on Wednesday night. Right now however it is looking like that is not going to happen.
On that note I have to go and create some presents so I can go to a certain store that sells certain stuff to pick up a certain creation. (I think I have used up all of my allotted 'certains' for this post.)

When the girls were small it was easy to get into the "mood", you had the school parties, activity parties, concerts, santa, cookie baking.
